Lots of beery things happening over here. Maybe it's time to start documenting them.
I've been keeping a list over at my Google Sites site since 2014 but the "list of facts" documentation is just not cutting it anymore. That and the new Google Sites framework is crap for tables. (or their defaults are anyway)
So, lets see if I can write something a little more interesting about each brew. Or at the very least, keep track of my thought process.

- Backyard hops pale ale. (Pils/ Munich, mixed unknown bittering hop, and American Ale II )
- Belgium chocolate stout
